Orders and prices

Prices and checkout totals are in Canadian dollars. Track is priced per metre; a basket quantity of one represents one metre. The screwdriver is priced per item. Delivery and any valid discount are shown before payment. No additional tax line is added by this store; the total is shown before payment.

Check your measurements, product selection, contact information and delivery address before paying. If we discover a stock or listing error affecting an order, we will contact you to resolve it or refund an unfulfilled order rather than substitute without agreement.

Payment and delivery

Payment is handled by the provider selected at checkout. Do not send card details by email or the contact form. Please read Shipping for delivery charges, estimates and tracking.

Cancellation, returns and consumer rights

Our Refunds and Returns policy explains the 15-day voluntary return window, CA$39 deduction, return freight and 12.5% voluntary cancellation fee. Statutory remedies are treated separately.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian provincial or territorial consumer protection laws. Fees and voluntary return conditions do not apply where the law entitles you to a remedy without them.

Safe use and installation

Product suitability depends on the complete installation. Check curtain weight, heading, mounting structure and suitable fixings. No tested maximum track load is specified. Obtain qualified help where appropriate; the screwdriver is for light screwdriving and is not an insulated electrical tool.

Website use

Use this website lawfully. Do not misuse checkout, interfere with security, submit malicious content or infringe others' rights. Product descriptions and images are supplied for shopping and information; permission is needed for unauthorised commercial reuse.

Contact us first so we can investigate an issue. Applicable Canadian consumer protections remain available. Any policy update applies prospectively and does not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
